    Pretty good workout. Did 11-12 squat presses with 10lb. Added more squats with 25lb dumbell (12 reps). Curtsy 10lbs (hard on arms at the end). Plank rows 15 reps with 15lb. 15lbs for Glute bridge presses. Then did skullcrushers instead of dips with 10lbs.
