It looks amazing and the very first taste will have you like, ok I can do this. Any bite after that first one might be regretted. Would not do again...

When I made this for my last party, my guests couldn't get enough. It was easy to make and everyone kept asking me what it was and if they could have the recipe!

This looks amazing and is basically a cheese ball or log softened into dip or without the nuts it becomes jazzed up pimento cheese. The mayo can be lessened or replaced with a combination of ranch dressing, soft cream cheese and/or sour cream. These changes help with the texture and my allergies.

Made according to recipe. Served at a party. It looked good and tasted okay when fresh and cooled, but not amazing. As soon as it became room temperature, it was kinda gross. I refrigerated it after the party and had over the next few days. Very salty. It was gross. Won't make again. Not worth the calorie intake!

This was awful. Way too much mayo, it was a "greasy" dip. I added some cream to cheese to help but it needed more than that. I would recommend doing 1/2 mayo and 1/2 sour cream if you attempt this.

This was delicious when first made. I refrigerated overnight as suggested, but I didn't think it was delicious after sitting overnight. It was too salty for my taste on that 2nd day. I won't make it again

Gross. I don't think it's a 5 million dollar recipe. Didn't have mayo so used miracle whip and it was nasty. It was all miracle whip. I don't like mayo or MW but will eat mixed with stuff. I added dried onion seasoning salt some sugar more cheese and still didn't like it. I think it could use some cream cheese.

It was wonderful. My husband loved it, my co-workers loved it. I loved it. It IS very mayonnaise-y, but after sitting in the fridge overnight, the smokiness of the bacon took over the flavor profile, and it didn't taste so much like mayonnaise anymore. It's also pretty darn salty, but that's part of the appeal!

Super easy and a huge hit! When I made it for the a Superbowl party I shaped it I to a football and made the strings out of cheese. Everyone wanted the recipe!

Added jalapeno and sweet corn, good. Even better slathered on French bread and baked till the top is browned a little. Mmm.
